» ‘Google Glass and Reality’

Ben Brooks:

So now Glass is an idea that may or may not be ‘neat’, has no fit as product (yet), and is limiting itself to a small market based on a high entry price.

Sounds like a winner.

Ben cites Erin Biba comparing Glass to the Segway. And it is dorky like the Segway but in other ways I think it’s more akin to the Microsoft PixelSense (née Surface): a wiz-bang device that’s priced out of the reach of most people and has little practical application.

Well, except for Google which gets all of your information!

I think I’ll wait until they drop the price to where they’re selling it at a loss just to get your data. And still not get one.
