» ‘Apple to reopen stores in US starting next week’

Apple will reopen some stores in the United States next week, with temperature checks and a limited number of customers in the location at one time, the company told CNBC.

With people throwing tantrums at being asked to wear masks in stores because freedom, I am glad I’m not an Apple Store employee right now.

“We’re excited to begin reopening stores in the US next week, starting with some stores in Idaho, South Carolina, Alabama and Alaska,” an Apple representative said in a statement.

Health authorities are increasingly warning that the question isn’t whether a second wave of coronavirus infections and deaths will hit, but when — and how badly.
