It’s a good read. Clearly the Apple executives — who appear to have been interviewed extensively for this book — are staking it as the best representation of Steve Jobs. Tim Cook heavily criticizes Walter Isaacson’s book in this excerpt and Eddie Cue has tweeted:

Best portrayal is about to be released – Becoming Steve Jobs (book). Well done and first to get it right.
