Shawn Blanc thinks it’s nice… for an Android device.

But I still do not see the appeal of an Android device over an iOS device unless your motives for using one are based solely on price, screen size, or a vendetta against Apple Inc.

I bought a Nexus 7 that will arrive next week for my wife, who wanted something smaller than an iPad for reading in the dark (we’re on the run from the law). We’ll see, but I suspect my impressions will be the same as Shawn’s.
