If I had to guess (since that seems to be the game of the day) I’d say it would be exactly $249. The 8 GB iPod touch is currently $199. If Apple ships a 7-inch iPad I’d suspect the touch would get a price drop but I wouldn’t think it could be more than $50, possibly more like $30.

Or… or, maybe the iPad mini is not a mini iPad but something completely different. You ever think of that?
