The effect he’s describing — the degradation of the quality of the pictures he’s taken since switching to his iPhone as his primary camera — is less evident for me because I’ve never owned a really good camera or been a good photographer. But, yes, I’ve noticed the same thing.

Still, think of how much better gas mileage you got by not carrying a dedicated camera for all those years. You have to take everything into consideration. Also, I don’t know about Marco, but I’ve totally ditched the fanny pack.
